Cook your bacon until done, but not overly crisp or it won’t be smooth. Except the 2 pieces you crisp and crumble on top.
You’ll want to save all your bacon grease in a separate container for later use in this recipe.
Leave just a little of the grease in the a pan for cooking the livers.
Now add your cleaned livers to the pan and saute until they are completely cooked.
Once the livers are done, remove them from the pan and allow them to cool.
Once the livers have cooled add them to your food processor with the bacon (except 2 pieces), salt and 1/3 cup of grease.
Process until the mixture is completely smooth.
Put your pate in a serving dish and top with the crumbled bacon.
Serve with pork rinds or whisps for Carnivore or veggies for your Keto friends.
You can refrigerate for later use but it is best served a room temperature.
